This is a set of 6 x 16mm 12 sided D6 spot dice.

It has 1-6 twice on the dice making it a six sided dice but on 12 sides.

These are 'heat sensitive' dice - the warmer the dice get the lighter they get, changing from black to translucent. They become the lightest colour at 30C.
