This is an 8 sided D8 Dice.

These wacky-looking dice are actually just as fair as regular eight-sided dice. Unlike other dice, Skew Dice TM aren't mirror symmetric. 

In effect each side is the same shape an has the same surface area making it of equal probability to any dice but with a crazy shape.
