This is Skew Dice 10-sided percentile approximately 19mm in diameter.
These dice are skewed so that they don't have mirror symmetry, unlike regular d10s. This makes the faces general quadrilaterals rather than kites. Numbered 00-90.
In effect each side is the same shape an has the same surface area making it of equal probability to any dice but with a crazy shape.
